Terms & Conditions
Transportation costs (Ola/Uber/CareApka Vehicle) are paid by the client.
The shift timings are from 8 AM to 10 PM, with a total of 9 working hours and a 1-hour break.
Additional charges apply for extra holding time (₹2/minute).
CareApka crew may use the client’s restroom during shifts.
Any injection or medicine required will be purchased by the client.
For temple visits (e.g., Puri Darshan), the elder must be able to walk.
Caregivers may be male or female, based on availability.
CareApka is not liable for monetary transactions between the client and the caregiver.
For major repairs or services not covered by our team, a third-party vendor may be hired at the client’s expense.
